Saffron opened in 2012 with my grandmother’s kacchi recipe and twelve tables. The pot, the coal and the patience have never changed.

Today we serve old Dhaka classics in a candle-lit room in Banani, host private dinners for up to 40 guests, and deliver hot across the city.
