Joar started inside a real online store in Bangladesh. Orders arrived on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp at the same time, every parcel had to be booked with a courier by hand, and a share of cash-on-delivery orders came back unopened. We built our own tools to fix that — and now we offer the same tools to other sellers.
