Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use dev-choyon.com or any service from Joar ("we", "us"). By ordering a service or using the client portal you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

1. Our services

We provide software and setup services for online stores — such as a shared inbox, AI replies, order and courier tools, fraud checks, calling, and websites and themes. What is included in each service, and its price, is described on its page on this website and on your invoice.

2. Orders and accounts

• An order starts when you request a service on the website or in the client portal. We may contact you to confirm the details before we start.
• You are responsible for keeping your client portal login private and for everything done with your account, including by team members you add.
• The information you give us must be correct, and you must have the right to connect the pages, numbers and accounts you ask us to connect.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are shown on the website and your invoice. Monthly services are billed for the period you choose; one-time services are billed once.
• Payments are made by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. A payment counts once we have confirmed the transaction.
• If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we may pause the related service until it is paid.
• Questions about a charge or a refund: contact us within 7 days of the invoice and we will look into it with you.

4. Third-party platforms

Many of our services connect to platforms we do not control — Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp (Meta), couriers, telephone operators and payment providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them. If a platform changes or limits its service, ours may be affected, and we will do our best to find a workaround.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to send spam, sell illegal goods, deceive customers, or break any law or any platform's rules. We may suspend a service that is used this way.

6. Your content

Your product information, messages, customer data and files remain yours. You give us permission to use them only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to use any text, images or logos you give us.

7. Websites and themes

When you buy a website or theme, you may use it for your own business. Unless agreed otherwise, you may not resell or redistribute our themes or source code as your own product. Demo images on our previews are samples and are not included.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep our services running, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the last three months.

9. Ending a service

You can stop a monthly service at the end of any paid period by telling us. We may end a service if these terms are broken, after warning you where reasonable.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
