Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information Joar ("we", "us") collects when you use dev-choyon.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any question about it, write to hello@dev-choyon.com.

Information we collect

• What you send us in a form. When you request a plan, order a service or sign up, we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name and anything you write in the message box.
• Your client account. If you have a client portal account, we store your login details (passwords are stored only as a secure hash), the services you use, invoices, support tickets, documents you upload and the setup details you give us for each service.
• Payments. Payments are made by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer outside this website. We record the amount, method and transaction ID you give us so we can confirm the payment. We never see or store your bKash/Nagad PIN or card details.
• Messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook or by email, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our server logs your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to fix problems.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare a quote, set up and run the services you order, and send invoices.
• To keep accounts secure — for example to block repeated failed logins.
• To improve the website and our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to run a service you asked for (for example a courier, a telephone operator or Meta for Facebook/WhatsApp connections), with our hosting provider, or when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a security cookie that protects our forms. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will then not work.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Articles on our blog may show ads served by Google AdSense (our service and order pages do not show ads). Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.

Live demos and theme previews

Our demo stores and theme previews are samples. Anything you type into a demo (orders, bookings, messages) is not a real order, is not sent to anyone, and the demo data is wiped automatically every day.

How long we keep information

We keep client account, invoice and payment records for as long as you are a client and for the period needed for accounting and legal reasons afterwards. Plan requests that never became an order are deleted when they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, admin access is protected by a private address and optional two-step verification, and only our team can see client data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell affected clients if a breach happens.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Clients can update most details from the client portal. For anything else, email hello@dev-choyon.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will also be announced in the client portal.
